半糊化浆纱技术在纯棉细号高密品种上的应用实践

摘要 为解决传统浆纱工艺使用聚乙烯醇(PVA)浆料污染环境、费时且能耗大的问题,研究"高性能变性淀粉+原淀粉+助剂"的调浆方案即半糊化上浆工艺技术,从调浆配方、成本与浆纱工艺参数及操作规范方面,探讨采用其生产纯棉细号高密织物,并对比分析传统和半糊化浆纱工艺质量指标、用浆成本及织造效果.实践表明:半糊化上浆技术调浆配方简单、无须高压调浆桶烧煮,浆桶温度和糊化器温度可自动控制使调浆操作简单;浆槽无须供蒸汽,降低能源消耗;使用玉米原淀粉替代PVA浆料使成本明显降低,且退浆方便、低碳环保,织造效率由89.7%提高为91.4%. To solve the problem that the traditional sizing process using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)slurry pollutes the environment,takes a long time and consumes large energy,the size mixing protocol of“high-performance modified starch+native starch+additive”,namely the partial gelatinization sizing technology,is researched,the production of cotton fine high-density fabric using the partial gelatinization sizing technology is discussed from slurry formulation,cost and sizing process parameters and operating specifications,and quality indicators,sizing cost and weaving effect of traditional and the partial gelatinization sizing technology are contrasted and analyzed.The practice shows that the partial gelatinization sizing technology has simple mixing formula,no need of high pressure size mixer cooking,and the temperature of size mixer and gelatinizer can be automatically controlled to make the operation of mixing slurry simple.Slurry tank without steam supply reduces energy consumption;using corn starch instead of PVA can reduce the cost obviously,and it is convenient desizing,low carbon and environmental protection,and the weaving efficiency is increased from 89.7%to 91.4%.
