摘要
为了保证细纱机车头精准定位,车头外出安装无需调整,基于各种机型细纱机车头架结构尺寸,开发出包括墙板距离检具、间隙测量检具、垂直度检具、出轴距离检具、数显水平仪以及数据采集系统等组成的车头装配数字化在线检测系统,介绍其结构组成、测量原理、技术参数和测量流程.表明:车头装配数字化在线检测系统能够通过装配过程数字化在线检测,使装配精度数据直观显示,并进行数据统计分析,方便操作者对装配过程进行调整;将检测精度存入检测系统中,便于有痕化管理,提升工艺能力.
In order to guarantee precise positioning of the spinning frame head,and no need of adjustment of outside assembly of the head,digital on-line inspection system for head assembly including wall-board distance fixture,gap measuring fixture,verticality fixture,wheelbase departure fixture,digital display level and data acquisition system are developed based on structure and sizes of all kinds of spinning frame head,and the structure,measuring principle,technical parameters and measuring process are introduced.The results show that digital assembly technology for spinning frame head can directly display the assembly precision data through the digital online detection of the assembly process,and conduct statistical analysis of the data,which is convenient for the operator to adjust the assembly process.The detection precision is stored in the detection system,which is convenient for trace management and improves the process ability.
