利用QC小组活动提高细纱机装箱质量

Improving Packing Quality of Spinning Frame through the Activities of QC Group

为了提高细纱机装箱质量,进一步实现JWF1562型细纱机装箱工作标准化,介绍QC小组活动的意义和背景,从确定课题、具体问题调查、设定目标、方案制定及优选方面,详细阐述QC小组开展“细纱机装箱标准化图册的制作”活动的步骤。指出:QC小组活动过程运用了各种统计工具,对小组成员的综合素质提出了要求;以标准化图册作为装箱指导性技术文件进行效果检查,JWF1562型细纱机装箱合格率由87%提高至98.8%;该活动是企业质量提升的基础和关键,能促进员工素质提升,推动公司质量管理体系建立,为其它机种规范装箱打下基础。

In order to improve packing quality of spinning frame and further realize the standard-ization of packing process of spinning frame JWF1562,the significance and background of QC group activities are introduced.The steps of QC group activities on“the production of spinning frame packing standardization atlas”are elaborated in details from the aspects of subjects selec-tion,investigating of specific problems,goals setting,schemes formulating and selection optimi-zing.It is pointed out that the various statistical tools are used in the QC group actiVities,which lay claims for the comprehensive quality of the group members;the effect check is done using standardized atlas as the guiding technical documents for packing.The passed rate of packing the spinning frame JWFl 562 is raised from 87%to 98.8%;the activity is the basis and key to improve the product quality of enterprises and promote the improvement of staff quality and establish enterprise management system,consequently laying a foundation for packing other types of machines.
