为提高集聚赛络环锭纺莫代尔/蛋白纤维90/1011.7 tex纱质量,介绍蛋白纤维的性能和纺莫代尔/蛋白纤维纱工艺,分析各工序的主要工艺参数和生产难点。指出:集聚赛络环锭纺莫代尔/蛋白纤维纺纱中的难点是原料静电大、疵点偏多,应选择合适的流程与设备,加强对原料疵点的排除且提前预处理,控制工序的温湿度,采取合适的细纱与络筒工艺参数,确保织物布面棉结与小粗节少、手感柔软,起毛球等级达到3.5级以上。

In order to improve the quality of compact siro ring spinning of yarn 90/1011.7 tex of modal/protein fiber,the properties of protein fiber and the process of spinning modal/protein fiber yarn are introduced.Analysis is done to the main process parameters of each process and the difficulties in production.It is pointed out that the difficulty of compact siro ring spinning of modal/protein fiber is that the raw materials have 1arge static electricity and many defects,proper process and equipment should be selected,defects of raw materials should be eliminated and pretreatment in advance should be carry out,the temperature and humidity of the process should be controled and appropriate process parameters of spinning and winding should be a-dopted,so as to ensure that the fabric has fewer neps and small thickness and soft feel,and the pilling grade is over 3.5.
