Application Practice of Lattice Apron in Compact Spinning

为提高网格圈使用效果和纯棉精梳集聚纺成纱质量,分析了纯棉集聚纺对纤维和网格圈的外观、透气性、耐磨性和抗绕性等要求;通过网格圈的使用,表明优选网格圈有利于减少成纱毛羽;详述网格圈日常维护保养方法和粘花的解决措施。指出:网格圈上机状态和维护保养会影响成纱质量稳定,应重视网格圈优选使用并进行精细化管理。

In order to improve the effect of lattice apron and the yarn quality of combed compact spinning with pure cotton,the requirements for appearance,air breathability,wear resistance and anti-entangling of lattice apron and fibers in pure cotton compact spinning are analyzed.The application shows that optimizing the lattice apron is beneficial to reducing yarn hairiness.Detail description is done to the daily maintenance methods of 1attice apron and the measures to solve entangling problem.It is pointed out that the on-line status and maintenance of the lattice apron will affect the stability of yarn quality,and we should pay attention to the optimization and use of 1attice apron,and carry out fine management.
