摘要
目的探讨结构式团体心理疗法联合正念冥想训练在青少年抑郁症患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年9月—2023年9月我院收治的82例青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例.对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用结构式团体心理疗法联合正念冥想训练干预.对比两组抑郁情绪、希望水平、应对方式及生活质量.结果干预后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)中的消极应对评分均低于对照组,Herth希望量表、SCSQ问卷中的积极应对、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论结构式团体心理疗法联合正念冥想训练可以减轻青少年抑郁症患者抑郁情绪,提高希望水平,改善应对方式及生活质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of structured group psychotherapy combined with mindfulness meditation training in adolescents with depression.Methods 82 adolescent patients with depression admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given structural group psychotherapy combined with mindfulness meditation training intervention.The depression,hope level,coping style and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and negative coping in Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the score of Herth Hope Scale,positive coping in SCSQ questionnaire score and World Health Organization on Quality of Life Brief Scale score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Structured group psychotherapy combined with mindfulness meditation training can reduce depressive mood,increase hope level,improve coping style and quality of life in adolescents with depression.
