针灸联合体外冲击波治疗臀肌筋膜炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave in the Treatment of Gluteal Myofasciitis

目的探究针灸联合体外冲击波治疗臀肌筋膜炎的临床效果.方法选择2022年1-12月深圳市罗湖区中医院筋伤科收治的200例臀肌筋膜炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组100例.对照组采用体外冲击波治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针灸治疗,均持续4周.比较两组患者的疼痛程度、临床疗效及炎性因子水平.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的91.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.22±0.31)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β水平分别为(336.24±13.66)ng/L、(19.92±1.73)pg/mL、(722.10±15.77)pg/mL,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用针灸联合体外冲击波治疗臀肌筋膜炎,能有效减轻患者的疼痛及炎症反应,加快病情改善,疗效显著.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with extracorporeal shock wave on gluteal myofascitis.Methods 200 patients with gluteal myofascitis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Luohu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shenzhen City from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The pain degree,clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 91.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(2.22±0.31)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-1βin the observation group were(336.24±13.66)ng/L,(19.92±1.73)pg/mL and(722.10±15.77)pg/mL,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy for gluteal myofascitis can effectively reduce the pain and inflammatory reaction of patients,and accelerate the improvement of the condition,the curative effect is remarkable.
