异维A酸胶囊间歇疗法联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Isotretinoin Capsule Intermittent Therapy Combined with Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Acne

目的探讨中重度痤疮应用异维A酸胶囊间歇疗法联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗的临床效果.方法选取2022年10月—2023年8月本院收治的172例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成研究组(n=86)和对照组(n=86),对照组采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,研究组采用异维A酸胶囊间歇疗法联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、皮肤生理指标、不良反应发生情况.结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.19%,高于对照组的84.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组pH值低于对照组,皮肤油脂含量少于对照组,角质层含水量多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论异维A酸胶囊间歇疗法联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶用于治疗中重度痤疮,能够提高临床疗效,改善皮肤生理指标,安全性较高.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of isotretinoin capsule intermittent therapy combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods 172 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group(n=86)and a control group(n=86)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel,and the study group was treated with isotretinoin capsule intermittent therapy com-bined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel.The clinical efficacy,skin physiological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.19%,which was higher than 84.88%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the pH value of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the skin oil content was less than that of the control group,and the water content of the stratum corneum was more than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Isotretinoin capsule intermittent therapy combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of moder-ate to severe acne can improve the clinical efficacy and skin physiological indexes,with high safety.
