米非司酮结合孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症患者的影响

The Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Gestrinone in Patients with Endometriosis

目的探究米非司酮结合孕三烯酮在治疗子宫内膜异位症中的应用效果及对卵巢功能指标的影响.方法选择2021年5月—2023年3月济南市济阳区人民医院收治的106例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组53例.对照组采用孕三烯酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用米非司酮治疗,比较两组的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢功能指标、症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度为(0.22±0.07)cm,薄于对照组的(0.28±0.09)cm,促卵泡生成激素水平为(6.16±1.42)U/L,促黄体生成素水平为(6.45±2.07)U/L,孕酮水平为(3.71±1.27)nmol/L,雌二醇水平为(193.24±6.35)pmol/L,分别低于对照组的(8.32±1.45)U/L、(8.69±2.12)U/L、(4.85±1.52)nmol/L、(241.43±6.28)pmol/L,盆腔疼痛消失时间为(6.74±2.17)d,月经恢复时间为(28.31±4.48)d,分别短于对照组的(9.14±2.30)d、(34.75±5.57)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论米非司酮与孕三烯酮联用,可有效控制子宫内膜异位症患者的病情,有助于恢复患者正常的卵巢功能,安全性良好.

Objective To explore the application effect of mifepristone combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis and its impact on ovarian function indicators.Methods 106 patients with endometriosis admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital of Jinan from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gestrinone,while the Observation group treated with mifepristone in addition to the control group.The endometrial thickness,ovarian function indicators,symptom improvement,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the thickness of the endometrium in the observation group was(0.22±0.07)cm,which was thinner than(0.28±0.09)cm in the control group,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone were(6.16±1.42)U/L,luteinizing hormone was(6.45±2.07)U/L,progesterone was(3.71±1.27)nmol/L,and estradiol was(193.24±6.35)pmol/L,which were lower than(8.32±1.45)U/L,(8.69±2.12)U/L,(4.85±1.52)nmol/L,and(241.43±6.28)pmol/L in the control group,respectively,the disappearance time of pelvic pain was(6.74±2.17)d,and the menstrual recovery time was(28.31±4.48)d,which were shorter than(9.14±2.30)d and(34.75±5.57)d in the control group,respectively,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and Gestrinone can effectively control the condition of patients with endometriosis,help restore normal ovarian function,and have good safety.
