红光照射联合踝泵运动对糖尿病足溃疡患者踝肱指数及溃疡愈合的影响

Effect of Red Light Irradiation Combined with Ankle Pump Exercise on Ankle Brachial Index and Ulcer Healing in Patients with Diabetes Foot Ulcer

目的探讨红光照射联合踝泵运动干预对糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)患者的影响.方法选择我院2021年6月—2023年9月收治的100例DFU患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组,各50例.对照组采用常规基础治疗,在对照组的基础上,观察组采用红光照射联合踝泵运动治疗.对比两组的临床疗效、踝肱指数(ABI)、溃疡愈合情况及不良事件发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率92.00%明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ABI高于对照组,溃疡创面症状评分、不良事件发生率均低于对照组,溃疡面积小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在DFU患者中应用红光照射联合踝泵运动的效果显著,能够有效提高踝肱指数,加速溃疡愈合,且降低不良事件发生率.

Objective To investigate the effect of red light irradiation combined with ankle pump exercise on diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)patients.Methods 100 DFU patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine basic treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with red light irradiation combined with ankle pump exercise.The clinical efficacy,Ankle-Brachial Index(ABI),ulcer healing and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ABI of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse events of ulcer wound symptom score was lower than that of the control group,and the ulcer area was smaller than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Red light irradiation combined with ankle pump exercise has a significant effect in patients with DFU,which can effectively improve ankle brachial index,accelerate ulcer healing,and reduce adverse event rates.
