低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪联合腰背肌核心肌力训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of Effect of Low Frequency Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy Instrument Combined with Lumbar Back Core Muscle Strength Training on Postoperative Rehabilitation in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要 目的探讨低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪联合腰背肌核心肌力训练对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者术后康复效果的影响.方法选择河北邢台人民医院2021年11月—2023年5月收治的60例LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组30例.对照组进行腰背肌核心肌力训练,观察组在此基础上使用低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪,均持续干预3个月.对比两组患者的腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分.结果干预后,观察组的JOA量表中自觉症状、临床体征、日常生活能力和膀胱功能评分分别为(7.26±0.85)分、(4.33±0.72)分、(11.30±1.36)分、(-2.02±0.71)分,均高于对照组的(6.63±1.04)分、(3.67±0.98)分、(10.42±1.55)分、(-2.60±0.65)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的ODI、VAS评分分别为(15.84±3.37)分、(2.38±1.14)分,均低于对照组的(19.74±4.60)分、(3.29±1.06),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论LDH术后患者采用低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪联合腰背肌核心肌力训练,能减轻腰背部疼痛,改善腰椎功能,促进疾病康复. Objective To explore the effect of low frequency pulse electromagnetic field therapy instrument combined with lumbar back core muscle strength training on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 60 LDH patients admitted to Hebei Xingtai People's Hospital from November 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent lumbar back core muscle strength training,and the observation group was treated with low frequency pulse electromagnetic field therapy instrument on this basis.Both groups continued the intervention for 3 months.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)evaluation treatment score of lumbar back,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the JOA scores of conscious symptoms,clinical signs,ability of daily living and bladder function in the observation group were(7.26±0.85)points,(4.33±0.72)points,(11.30±1.36)points and(-2.02±0.71)points,respectively,which were higher than(6.63±1.04)points,(3.67±0.98)points,(10.42±1.55)points,(-2.60±0.65)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the ODI and VAS scores of the observation group were(15.84±3.37)points and(2.38±1.14)points,respectively,which were lower than(19.74±4.60)points and(3.29±1.06)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency pulse electromagnetic field therapy instrument combined with lumbar back core muscle strength training can reduce back pain,improve lumbar function and promote recovery of LDH patients.
