杵棒点穴联合温针灸对寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症反应及腰痛程度的影响

Effect of Chubang Point Combined with Warming Acupuncture on Inflammatory Response and Low Back Pain in Patients with Cold-Dampness Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨杵棒点穴联合温针灸对寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者炎症反应及腰痛程度的影响.方法选取2021年5月—2023年9月该院收治的88例寒湿型LDH患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44).对照组患者给予温针灸治疗,观察组患者于温针灸基础上加用杵棒点穴治疗.比较两组临床疗效、腰痛程度、腰椎功能、炎症反应、不良反应发生情况.结果观察组临床总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.57±0.37)分、C反应蛋白(4.31±0.39)pg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(1.01±0.09)ng/mL、白细胞介素6(101.09±9.77)ng/mL均低于对照组的(3.05±0.79)分、(5.84±0.48)pg/L、(1.29±0.22)ng/mL、(114.02±10.64)ng/mL,日本骨科协会评分(19.02±4.28)分高于对照组的(13.41±3.97)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论在寒湿型LDH患者中实施杵棒点穴联合温针灸效果显著,可缓解腰痛程度,减轻炎症反应,促进其腰椎功能改善,且安全性高.

Objective To explore the effect of Chubang point combined with warming acupuncture on inflammatory response and low back pain in patients with cold-dampness type lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 88 patients with cold-dampness LDH admitted to this hospital from May 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(n=44)and a control group(n=44).The patients in the control group were treated with warm acupuncture,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Churod acupoints on the basis of warm acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,degree of low back pain,lumbar function,inflammatory response and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 79.55%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain Visual Analogue Scale of the observation group was(1.57±0.37)points,C-reactive protein was(4.31±0.39)pg/L,tumor necrosis factor-αwas(1.01±0.09)ng/mL,interleukin-6 was(101.09±9.77)ng/mL.The scores were lower than(3.05±0.79)points,(5.84±0.48)pg/L,(1.29±0.22)ng/mL,(114.02±10.64)ng/mL of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score was(19.02±4.28)points higher than(13.41±3.97)points of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The pestle and stick point combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect in patients with cold-dampness LDH,which can relieve the degree of low back pain,reduce inflammatory reaction,promote the improvement of lumbar spine function,and has high safety.
