激痛点推拿结合平衡针法治疗对老年肩周炎患者疼痛程度、肩关节活动功能的影响

The Effect of Pain Point Massage Combined with Balanced Needle Therapy on the Degree of Pain and Shoulder Joint Mobility in Elderly Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis

目的探讨激痛点推拿结合平衡针法治疗对老年肩周炎患者疼痛程度、肩关节活动功能的影响.方法选取2020年3月—2023年7月武汉市中医医院收治的80例老年肩周炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例.对照组采用常规功能锻炼治疗,观察组采用激痛点推拿结合平衡针法治疗,两组均治疗4周.比较两组患者的疼痛程度、肩关节活动功能及炎性因子水平.结果治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.28±1.33)分,低于对照组,肩关节活动功能中外旋活动度为(90.24±5.79)°,内旋活动度为(91.15±5.84)°,外展活动度为(153.69±9.31)°,内敛活动度为(166.69±8.56)°,伸展活动度为(43.54±3.92)°,均大于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α水平为(17.03±2.31)pg/mL,白细胞介素-6水平为(50.57±3.24)pg/mL,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年肩周炎患者使用激痛点推拿结合平衡针法治疗临床效果显著,其不仅可减轻疼痛,促进肩关节活动功能恢复,还能下调患者机体炎性因子水平,具有推广价值.

Objective To explore the effect of pain point massage combined with balance acupuncture treatment on the degree of pain and shoulder joint mobility in elderly patients with shoulder periarthritis.Methods 80 elderly patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine functional exercise,and the observation group was treated with pain point massage combined with balanced acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The pain degree,the mobility function of shoulder joint and the level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(2.28±1.33)points,which was lower than that of the control group,the range of motion of shoulder joint was(90.24±5.79)°,(91.15±5.84)°,(153.69±9.31)°,(166.69±8.56)°,and(43.54±3.92)°,which were all greater than those of the control group,the level of tumor necrosis factor-αwas(17.03±2.31)pg/mL,and the level of interleukin-6 was(50.57±3.24)pg/mL,both of which were lower than those of control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of using pain point massage combined with balance needle therapy on elderly patients with shoulder periarthritis is significant.It not only reduces pain and promotes the recovery of shoulder joint mobility,but also downregulates the level of inflammatory factors in the patient's body,which has promotional value.
