执行障碍康复训练在多动症儿童中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的探讨执行障碍康复训练在多动症儿童中的应用效果.方法选取本院2021年8月—2023年7月收治的86例多动症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例.对照组采用常规康复指导,观察组采用执行障碍康复训练.比较两组患儿的多动症状、认知功能及病情状况.结果训练后,观察组注意力缺陷多动障碍评定量表中多动-冲动、对立违抗、注意缺陷评分分别为(9.92±0.85)分、(7.21±0.54)分、(10.71±1.73)分,均低于对照组的(12.57±1.86)分、(9.57±1.25)分、(13.56±1.95)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组Conners父母用症状问卷中多动指数、冲动-多动、心身问题、焦虑、学习问题、品行问题评分分别为(2.13±0.38)分、(1.28±0.19)分、(0.64±0.21)分、(0.91±0.17)分、(2.47±0.48)分、(2.43±0.26)分,均低于对照组的(3.94±0.82)分、(1.92±0.36)分、(1.31±0.59)分、(1.45±0.56)分、(3.91±0.82)分、(4.07±0.73)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组Conner简明症状量表评分为(12.76±1.46)分,低于对照组的(17.68±1.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论在多动症儿童中采取执行障碍康复训练可明显减轻患儿症状,改善病情程度,提高认知功能,适合临床推广使用. Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation training for executive disorders in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods 86 children with ADHD admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation instruction,and the observation group was given rehabilitation training for execution disorder.The symptoms,cognitive function and condition of hyperactivity were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the scores of hyperactive-impulsivity,oppositional defiance and attention deficit in the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder rating scale in the observation group were(9.92±0.85)points,(7.21±0.54)points and(10.71±1.73)points,respectively,they were lower than(12.57±1.86)points,(9.57±1.25)points and(13.56±1.95)points of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of hyperactivity index,impulsive-hyperactivity,psychosomatic problems,anxiety,learning problems and conduct problems in the observation group were(2.13±0.38)points,(1.28±0.19)points,(0.64±0.21)points,(0.91±0.17)points,(2.47±0.48)points and(2.43±0.26)points,respectively,which were lower than(3.94±0.82)points,(1.92±0.36)points,(1.31±0.59)points,(1.45±0.56)points,(3.91±0.82)points,(4.07±0.73)points of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the score of Conner concise Symptom Scale in observation group was(12.76±1.46)points,which was lower than(17.68±1.73)points in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Implementing executive dysfunction rehabilitation training in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can significantly alleviate symptoms,improve the severity of the condition,enhance cognitive function,and is suitable for clinical promotion and use.
