主动心理调适联合肺康复护理对哮喘患者情绪调节自我效能感及生活质量的影响

Effect of Active Psychological Adjustment Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Nursing on Self-Efficacy of Emotional Regulation and Quality of Life in Patients with Asthma

目的探讨主动心理调适联合肺康复护理对哮喘患者情绪调节自我效能感及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2020年5月—2023年5月收治的128例哮喘患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各64例。对照组采用肺康复护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合开展主动心理调适。对比两组患者的情绪调节自我效能感、认知情绪调节能力与生活质量改善情况。结果干预后,两组情绪调节自我效能感量表各个维度评分均较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组认知情绪调节问卷中文版中的积极调节评分为(72.13±4.15)分,高于对照组的(69.15±4.27)分,消极调节评分为(32.13±3.15)分,低于对照组的(34.15±3.24)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组哮喘生活质量问卷各个维度评分与总分均较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对哮喘患者采用主动心理调适联合肺康复护理可改善患者情绪调节自我效能感,增强认知情绪调节能力,提升其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of active psychological adjustment combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on self-efficacy of emotional regulation and quality of life in patients with asthma.Methods 128 asthmatic patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different numerical table methods,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received pulmonary rehabilitation nursing,and the study group jointly carried out active psychological adjustment on the basis of the control group.The improvement of emotional regulation self-efficacy,cognitive emotional regulation ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,scores of all dimensions of Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy scale in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive adjustment score in the Chinese version of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire of the research group was(72.13±4.15)points,higher than(69.15±4.27)points of the control group,and the negative adjustment score was(32.13±3.15)points,lower than(34.15±3.24)points of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores and total scores of Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Active psychological adjustment combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing can improve the self-efficacy of emotional regulation,enhance the cognitive emotional regulation ability and improve the quality of life of patients with asthma.
