思维导图引导的多元化健康教育模式在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中的应用研究

The Application Research of Diversified Health Education Models Guided by Mind Maps in Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的分析思维导图引导的多元化健康教育模式在慢性肾衰竭(CHF)血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院2022年5月—2023年4月收治的96例CRF血液透析患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用思维导图引导的多元化健康教育模式。对比两组患者的遵医行为及心理适应量表(PAS)、自护能力检测量表(ESCA)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果研究组遵医行为总依从率为95.83%,高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预12周后,研究组PAS、ESCA、SF-36量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图引导的多元化健康教育模式可以提高CHF血液透析患者的遵医行为与心理适应能力,强化其自护行为,保障生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the diversified health education mode guided by mind maps in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure(CHF).Methods 96 patients with CRF hemodialysis admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the research group applied diversified health education mode guided by mind mapping based on the control group.The scores of compliance behavior and Psychological Adaptation Scale(PAS),Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 95.83%,higher than 79.17%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,PAS,ESCA and SF-36 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified health education mode guided by mind maps can improve the compliance behavior and psychological adaptation ability of CHF hemodialysis patients,strengthen their self-care behavior,ensure their quality of life,and have clinical application value.
