利托君联合地屈孕酮治疗对先兆流产患者保胎结局及血清性激素的影响

Effects of Ritodrine Combined with Dydrogesterone on Fetal Outcomes and Serum Sex Hormones in Patients with Threatened Abortion

目的探究利托君联合地屈孕酮治疗对先兆流产患者保胎结局及血清性激素的影响。方法选择2020年6月—2022年6月我院收治的68例先兆流产患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组采用利托君治疗,观察组采用利托君联合地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组保胎结局差异、血清性激素水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组保胎成功率82.35%高于对照组的58.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组孕酮P(79.59±19.64)nmol/L、雌二醇E_(2)(667.29±70.45)pg/mL及妊娠相关蛋白PAPP-A(780.52±177.61)mIU/L水平均高于对照组的(65.30±18.65)nmol/L、(526.43±66.12)pg/mL、(548.12±131.49)mIU/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利托君联用地屈孕酮可明显改善先兆流产患者保胎结局,调节患者体内血清性激素水平,且安全性良好。

Objective To explore the effects of Ritodrine combined with dydrogesterone on fetal outcomes and serum sex hormones in patients with threatened abortion.Methods 68 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with ritodrine,observation group was treated with ritodrine combined with dydrogesterone.The difference of fetal outcomes,changes of serum sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of fetal protection in the observation group was 82.35%,higher than 58.83%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,The levels of progesterone P(79.59±19.64)nmol/L,estradiol E_(2)(667.29±70.45)pg/mL and pregnancy-related protein PAPP-A(780.52±177.61)mIU/L in observation group were higher than(65.30±18.65)nmol/L and(526.43±66.12)pg/mL,(548.12±131.49)mIU/L in control group,the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ritodrine combined with drogesterone can significantly improve the outcome of fetal protection in patients with threatened abortion,regulate the level of serum sex hormones in patients with good safety.
