氟桂利嗪联合穴位推拿对颈性眩晕患者椎基底动脉血流情况及眩晕症状的影响

Effects of Flunarizine Combined with Acupoint Massage on Vertebrobasilar Blood Flow and Vertigo Symptoms in Patients with Cervical Vertigo

目的探究氟桂利嗪联合穴位推拿对颈性眩晕(CV)患者椎基底动脉血流情况及眩晕症状的影响。方法选择2021年6月—2023年3月日照市中心医院收治的70例CV患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组35例。对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上采用穴位推拿治疗,均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的眩晕情况、动脉血流情况及眩晕障碍评分。结果观察组的眩晕持续时间为(36.51±5.83)min,短于对照组的(42.96±7.14)min,眩晕发作频率为(3.48±1.02)次/周,少于对照组的(5.10±1.26)次/周,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的基底动脉、左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉血流速度分别为(48.85±2.58)cm/s、(39.51±1.52)cm/s、(38.36±1.61)cm/s,均快于对照组的(40.15±2.37)cm/s、(30.85±1.28)cm/s、(31.30±1.32)cm/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的国际眩晕障碍量表评分为(31.69±2.15)分,低于对照组的(51.05±2.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟桂利嗪联合穴位推拿治疗CV的效果理想,可减轻患者眩晕症状,改善动脉血流指标,减少眩晕发作次数,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effects of flunarizine combined with acupoint massage on vertebrobasilar blood flow and vertigo symptoms in patients with cervical vertigo(CV).Methods 70 CV patients admitted to Rizhao Central Hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage on this basis.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The vertigo,arterial blood flow and vertigo disorder score were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of vertigo in the observation group was(36.51±5.83)min,which was shorter than(42.96±7.14)min in the control group,and the frequency of vertigo attack was(3.48±1.02)times/week,which was less than(5.10±1.26)times/week in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery in observation group were(48.85±2.58)cm/s,(39.51±1.52)cm/s and(38.36±1.61)cm/s,respectively,which were faster than(40.15±2.37)cm/s,(30.85±1.28)cm/s and(31.30±1.32)cm/s in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the dizziness handicap inventory score in the observation group was(31.69±2.15)points,which was lower than(51.05±2.74)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flunarizine combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of CV,which can alleviate vertigo symptoms,improve arterial blood flow index,reduce the number of vertigo attacks,and is safe and reliable.
