视觉反馈平衡训练联合数字化跑台训练对脑小血管病平衡与步态障碍的研究进展

Research Progress on Visual Feedback Balance Training Combined with Digital Running Platform Training for Balance and Gait Disorders in Cerebral Small Vessel Disease

摘要 脑小血管病(CSVD)是一种常见的脑血管疾病,是导致平衡与步态障碍的重要原因。在日常生活中,平衡与步态障碍会进一步增加患者的肢体功能依赖和跌倒的风险,明显降低了患者生活质量,并增加了住院和死亡的风险。已有实验证实Pro-Kin视觉反馈平衡训练和数字化跑台训练均对改善平衡和步态障碍有着显著的疗效,但对于两种康复方式联合使用是否有着更好的疗效国内外暂无相关报道。本文主要探讨Pro-Kin视觉反馈平衡训练联合数字化跑台训练对CSVD平衡与步态障碍患者功能康复的可行性,以期为CSVD的临床康复提供新思路。 Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a common cerebrovascular disease,which is an important cause of gait and balance disorders.In daily life,Balance and gait disorders further increase the patient's dependence on limb function and the risk of falls,significantly reducing patients'quality of life and increasing the risk of hospitalization and death.Experimental evidence has shown that both Pro-Kin visual feedback balance training and digital running platform training have significant therapeutic effects on improving balance and gait disorders,but there are no relevant reports at home and abroad on whether the combined use of the two rehabilitation methods has better effects.This article mainly explores the feasibility of combining Pro-Kin visual feedback balance training with digital running platform training for functional rehabilitation of cerebral small vessel disease balance and gait disorders in patients,in order to provide new ideas for clinical rehabilitation of cerebral small vessel disease.
