上下肢康复训练器联合康复干预对脑梗死患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响

Effects of Upper and Lower Limb Rehabilitation Trainer Combined with Rehabilitation Intervention on Limb Function and Living Ability in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探析上下肢康复训练器联合康复干预在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取寿光市人民医院2022年3月—2023年2月收治的100例脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组50例。对照组采用康复干预,研究组在此基础上使用上下肢康复训练器。比较两组患者的肢体功能、平衡能力及生活能力。结果干预3个月后,研究组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上、下肢评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,研究组的Berg平衡量表评分为(46.93±6.71)分,高于对照组的(42.28±6.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,研究组的日常生活能力评分为(61.37±5.62)分,高于对照组的(58.91±5.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者采用上下肢康复训练器联合康复干预的效果理想,可改善其肢体功能及平衡能力,继而提高生活能力,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effects of upper and lower limb rehabilitation trainer combined with rehabilitation intervention in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation intervention,and the study group was treated with upper and lower limb rehabilitation trainers on this basis.The limb function,balance ability and living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the upper and lower limb scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the Berg Balance Scale score of the study group was(46.93±6.71)points,which was higher than(42.28±6.57)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the Activities of Daily Living score of the study group was(61.37±5.62)points,which was higher than(58.91±5.29)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of upper and lower limb rehabilitation trainer combined with rehabilitation intervention for cerebral infarction patients is ideal,which can improve their limb function and balance ability,and then improve their life ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
