产前全程护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Prenatal Whole Process Nursing in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的分析产前全程护理在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取商河县人民医院2022年2月—2023年1月收治的90例GDM患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组。对照组(n=45)采用常规护理,研究组(n=45)在此基础上采用产前全程护理。比较两组患者的遵医行为、血糖值及妊娠结局。结果研究组的遵医行为依从率为97.78%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组分娩前的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的早产、胎儿宫内窘迫、巨大儿、新生儿低血糖发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的剖宫产、妊娠期高血压、产后出血发生率对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产前全程护理能改善GDM患者的遵医行为,维持其血糖水平稳定,保障妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of prenatal whole process nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 90 GDM patients admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the study group(n=45)received prenatal whole process nursing.The compliance behavior,blood glucose value and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of the study group was 97.78%,higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before delivery,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of preterm birth,fetal distress,macroia and neonatal hypoglycemia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of cesarean section,gestational hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Prenatal whole process nursing can improve the compliance behavior of GDM patients,maintain the stability of blood glucose level,and guarantee the pregnancy outcome.
