曲美他嗪与美托洛尔联合应用于冠心病合并心力衰竭患者中的效果分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of the Combination of Trimetazidine and Metoprolol in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

目的探究冠心病(CHD)合并心力衰竭(HF)患者采用曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗取得的效果。方法选取该院2021年8月—2023年6月收治的82例CHD合并HF患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各41例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,研究组采用曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗。对比两组患者的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWD)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平,6 min步行试验距离(6MWD)与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组LVEDD、LVEF、LVESD、NT-proBNP水平及6MWD对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,研究组LVEDD、LVESD水平均短于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组,NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,6MWD长于对照组,组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔可以有效改善CHD合并HF患者的心功能与心衰标志物,提高其运动耐量,安全性佳,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effects of using trimetazidinecombined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with heart failure(HF)patients.Methods 82 patients with CHD combined with HF admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the study group was treated with trimetazidine combined with metoprolol.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWD),amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)level,6 min walking test distance(6MWD)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVEF,LVESD,NT-proBNP and 6 MWD between the two groups were compared,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,LVEDD and LVESD levels in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,LVEF level was higher than that in the control group,NT-proBNP level was lower than that in the control group,and 6MWD was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of trimetazidine and metoprolol can effectively improve heart function and heart failure biomarkers in patients with CHD combined with HF,increase exercise tolerance,have good safety,and have clinical application value.
