中药宣肺止咳方内服辅助中药熏洗治疗风热闭肺型儿童肺炎的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Oral Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xuanfei Zhike Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia with Wind Heat Closed Lung Type

目的探讨中药宣肺止咳方内服辅助中药熏洗治疗风热闭肺型儿童肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年9月我院收治的200例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药宣肺止咳方内服辅助中药熏洗治疗,两组均治疗1周。比较两组的临床疗效、血常规指标、炎症水平、临床症状改善时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比分别为(5.69±1.12)×10^(9)/L、(49.85±4.23)%,均低于对照组的(7.14±1.19)×10^(9)/L、(54.65±5.12)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平分别为(3.32±0.35)mg/L、(0.01±0.01)ng/mL,均低于对照组的(4.35±0.47)mg/L、(0.02±0.01)ng/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽及肺啰音改善时间分别为(2.03±0.25)d、(4.25±0.67)d、(4.98±0.71)d,均短于对照组的(2.87±0.34)d、(6.04±1.05)d、(6.57±1.12)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药宣肺止咳方内服辅助中药熏洗可提高儿童肺炎疗效,加快炎症消退,促进疾病症状消失,安全可靠。

Objective Exploring the clinical effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Xuanfei Zhike decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with wind heat closed lung type.Methods Selecting 200 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,on the basis of the control group,the observation group received oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Xuanfei Zhike decoction as an auxiliary treatment for traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,blood routine index,inflammation level,clinical symptom improvement time and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group 95.00%was higher than 86.00%of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage of the observation group were(5.69±1.12)×10^(9)/L and(49.85±4.23)%,which were lower than(7.14±1.19)×10^(9)/L and(54.65±5.12)%of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were(3.32±0.35)mg/L and(0.01±0.01)ng/mL,which were lower than(4.35±0.47)mg/L and(0.02±0.01)ng/mL in control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough and pulmonary rales in the observation group was(2.03±0.25)d,(4.25±0.67)d,(4.98±0.71)d,which was shorter than(2.87±0.34)d,(6.04±1.05)d,(6.57±1.12)d of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Xuanfei Zhike decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can improve the therapeutic effect of pediatric pneumonia,accelerate the regression of inflammation,promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,safe and reliable.
