补肾养血调经汤加减对异常子宫出血患者性激素水平的效果观察

Observation of Effects of Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction on Sex Hormone Levels in Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的分析补肾养血调经汤加减治疗对异常子宫出血(AUB)患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2023年6月我院收治的110例AUB患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用地屈孕酮片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用补肾养血调经汤加减治疗,对比两组疗效、出血控制时间、完全止血时间、中医证候积分、泌乳素(PRL)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.36%,较对照组的81.82%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组出血控制时间、完全止血时间均较对照组短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组头晕、耳鸣、腰膝酸软、疲乏无力评分均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组PRL、FSH、E_(2)水平均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾养血调经汤加减治疗AUB患者效果确切,可缩短出血控制时间、完全止血时间,可改善性激素,缓解临床症状。

Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction on sex hormone levels in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods 110 AUB patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the study group was treated with Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time,TCM syndrome score,prolactin(PRL),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))levels were compared between the two groups.Results Treatment group total effectiveness 96.36%,higher than 81.82%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Team control bleeding time,fully hemostatic time were shorter than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee soreness,fatigue and weakness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PRL,FSH and E_(2) in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of AUB patients,which can shorten the bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time,improve sex hormones and alleviate clinical symptoms.
