中医康复护理服务在我国老年慢性病患者中的应用现况

我国正在向老龄化社会迈进,老年患者基数不断扩大。老年人常合并患有多种疾病,其慢性病发生率不断增高,且病程易反复,导致再入院率和病死率升高,需要长期的照护与干预,给患者和家庭及社会带来一定心理压力与经济支出负担。基于此,老年患者对专业护理服务的需求不断增多,中医护理服务作为一种温和、简、便、廉、验的干预措施,可以有效应用于国内老年慢性病患者的临床护理实践中。通过对老年慢性病患者现状的综合评估,结合疾病变化、病情特点及个体差异结果进行动态干预,为老年慢性病患者提供个性化、以其需求为中心的中医护理服务,有助于延缓病程进展,促进老年人恢复与健康。

Our country is moving towards an aging society,and the base number of elderly patients is expanding.The elderly often suffer from a variety of diseases,the incidence of chronic diseases is increasing,and the course of the disease is easy to repeat,resulting in an increase in the readmission rate and mortality,requiring long-term care and intervention,bringing certain psychological pressure and economic expenditure burden to patients,families and society.Based on the increasing demand of elderly patients for professional nursing services,traditional Chinese medicine nursing service as a mild,simple,convenient,cheap and tested intervention measure can be effectively applied to the clinical nursing practice of elderly patients with chronic diseases in China.Through comprehensive assessment of the status quo of elderly patients with chronic diseases,combined with disease changes,disease characteristics and individual differences,dynamic intervention is carried out to provide personalized and demand-centered TCM nursing services for elderly patients with chronic diseases,which is helpful to delay the progress of the disease and promote the recovery and health of the elderly.
