感觉统合训练配合脑电生物反馈疗对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿注意力、行为状况的影响

Effects of Sensory Integration Training Combined with EEG Biofeedback Therapy on Attention and Behavioral Status of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

摘要 目的探究感觉统合训练配合脑电生物反馈疗法治疗小儿注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月平邑县人民医院收治的70例ADHD患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组。对照组(n=35)进行感觉统合训练,观察组(n=35)在此基础上联合脑电生物反馈疗法。比较两组患儿的注意力评分、行为状况评分及认知功能评分。结果干预后,观察组的综合注意力商数、综合反应控制商数评分分别为(80.48±6.37)分、(94.85±6.12)分,均高于对照组的(73.74±6.35)分、(89.43±6.18)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的注意缺陷多动障碍评定量表父母版中注意力缺陷、多动-冲动评分分别为(1.13±0.33)分、(0.94±0.32)分,均低于对照组的(1.52±0.49)分、(1.35±0.42)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的联合型瑞文测试中比较推理能力、类同比较能力、知觉辨别能力、抽象推理能力评分分别为(6.82±0.53)分、(7.48±0.33)分、(9.24±0.74)分、(3.87±0.53)分,均高于对照组的(6.04±0.73)分、(6.98±0.45)分、(8.64±0.75)分、(3.48±0.35)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ADHD患儿采用感觉统合训练配合脑电生物反馈疗法治疗的效果理想,可有效增强患儿注意力,提高其行为及认知功能。 Objective To explore the effects of sensory integration training combined with EEG biofeedback therapy on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 70 children with ADHD admitted to Pingyi County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group(n=35)received sensory integration training,and the observation group(n=35)received EEG biofeedback therapy on this basis.The attention scores,behavioral status scores and cognitive function scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the comprehensive attention quotient and comprehensive response control quotient scores of the observation group were(80.48±6.37)points and(94.85±6.12)points,respectively,which were higher than(73.74±6.35)points and(89.43±6.18)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the attention deficit and hyperactive-impulse scores in the swanson nolan and pelham,version Ⅳ scale-parent form of the observation group were(1.13±0.33)points and(0.94±0.32)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.52±0.49)points and(1.35±0.42)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of comparative reasoning ability,similarity comparison ability,perceptual discrimination ability and abstract reasoning ability in the combined Raven test of the observation group were(6.82±0.53)points,(7.48±0.33)points,(9.24±0.74)points and(3.87±0.53)points,respectively,which were higher than(6.04±0.73)points,(6.98±0.45)points,(8.64±0.75)points and(3.48±0.35)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training combined with EEG biofeedback therapy can effectively enhance attention,behavior and cognitive function of children with ADHD.
