渐进式引导护理联合接纳承诺疗法干预对双相情感障碍伴躁狂发作患者记忆能力、躁狂程度的影响

The Effect of Progressive Guided Nursing Combined with Acceptance Commitment Therapy Intervention on Memory Ability and Manic Degree in Patients with Bipolar Disorder Accompanied by Manic Episodes

目的探究渐进式引导护理联合接纳承诺疗法干预对双相情感障碍(BD)伴躁狂发作患者记忆能力、躁狂程度的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2022年6月我院收治的78例BD伴躁狂发作患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施渐进式引导护理和接纳承诺疗法。对比两组患者的躁狂程度、记忆能力、智商水平和社会能力。结果干预前,两组患者杨氏躁狂量表(YMRS)、中国韦氏记忆量表第四版(WMS-Ⅳ)、中国韦氏智力量表(成人版)(WAIS-RC)、社会功能量表(SDSS)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者YMRS评分、SDSS评分均低于对照组,WMS-Ⅳ评分、WAIS-RC评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论渐进式引导护理联合接纳承诺疗法对BD伴躁狂发作患者的躁狂程度、记忆能力、智商水平和社会能力均有改善作用,有助于患者病情康复。

Objective To explore the effects of progressive guided nursing combined with acceptance commitment therapy intervention on memory ability and manic degree in patients with bipolar disorder(BD)accompanied by manic episodes.Methods 78 patients with bipolar disorder accompanied by manic episodes admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,the observation group implemented progressive guided nursing and acceptance commitment therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the manic level,memory ability,intelligence level,and social ability between two groups of patients.Results Before intervention,a comparison of scores on the Young's Mania Scale(YMRS),Chinese Webster Memory Scale Fourth Edition(WMS-IV),Chinese Webster Intelligence Scale Adult Edition(WAIS-RC),and Social Function Scale(SDSS)was conducted between two groups of patients,there is no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the YMRS score and SDSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the WMS-IV score and WAIS-RC score were higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive guided nursing combined with acceptance commitment therapy has an improvement effect on the manic degree,memory ability,intelligence level,and social ability of bipolar disorde patients with manic episodes,helps patients recover from illness.
