基于妊娠风险预警评估的分级护理结合AIDET沟通模式对足月妊娠产妇产后出血的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Graded Nursing Based on Early Pregnancy Risk Warning Assessment Combined with AIDET Communication Mode on Postpartum Hemorrhage in Full-Term Pregnant Women

目的探讨基于妊娠风险预警评估的分级护理结合AIDET沟通模式在足月妊娠产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2021年6月—2023年6月滨州医学院附属医院收治的100例足月妊娠产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于妊娠风险预警评估的分级护理结合AIDET沟通模式,均持续护理5 d。对比两组产妇的产后出血发生情况、产后出血量及情绪状态。结果两组的产后出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。产后2、24 h,观察组的出血量分别为(103.34±9.98)mL、(177.15±20.03)mL,均少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(45.02±3.69)分、(47.41±3.25)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于妊娠风险预警评估的分级护理结合AIDET沟通模式在足月妊娠产妇中具有较好的产后出血预防效果,利于减少产后出血量,改善产妇情绪状态。

Objective To explore the application effect of graded nursing based on early pregnancy risk warning assessment combined with AIDET communication mode in full-term pregnant women.Methods 100 cases of full-term pregnant women admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from June 2021 to June 2023 were selectedas the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with graded nursing based on early pregnancy risk warning assessment combined with AIDET communication mode,all patients received continuous care for 5 days.The occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the emotional state of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 and 24 h postpartum,the blood loss in the observation group was(103.34±9.98)mL and(177.15±20.03)mL,respectively,which were less than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were(45.02±3.69)points and(47.41±3.25)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of graded nursing based on early pregnancy risk warning assessment combined with AIDET communication mode has a good effect on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in full-term pregnant women,which is conducive to reducing postpartum hemorrhage and improving maternal emotional state.
