炔雌醇环丙孕酮片与克罗米芬联合治疗PCOS伴不孕症的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Ethinestradiol Cyproterone Tablets Combined with Clomiphene in the Treatment of PCOS with Infertility

目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴不孕症患者采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片、克罗米芬结合治疗的效果及安全性。方法选择2020年2月—2023年2月于我院诊治的66例PCOS伴不孕症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组(n=33)口服克罗米芬,观察组(n=33)在此基础上口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片。对比两组患者临床疗效、性激素指标和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.94%高于对照组的75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组黄体生成素水平(6.12±0.03)U/L、促睾酮水平(1.09±0.22)mmol/L均低于对照组,血清卵泡刺激素水平(7.02±1.26)U/L、雌二醇水平(126.82±13.71)pmol/L均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片、克罗米芬治疗PCOS伴不孕症患者,效果确切,可有效改善性激素水平,且不良反应发生情况也保持较低水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of combined treatment of ethinestradiol cyproterone and clomiphene in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients with infertility.Methods 66 PCOS patients with infertility diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=33)took clomiphene,and the observation group(n=33)took ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets on this basis.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.94%higher than 75.76%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone level(6.12±0.03)U/L and testosterone-promoting level(1.09±0.22)mmol/L in observation group were lower than those in control group.Serum follicle stimulating hormone level(7.02±1.26)U/L and estradiol level(126.82±13.71)pmol/L were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ethoestradiol cyproterone tablets and clomiphene in the treatment of PCOS patients with infertility has a definite effect,can effectively improve the level of sex hormones,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is also kept at a low level,worthy of promotion.
