电针联合局部砭石疗法治疗颈型及神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Local Needle Stone Therapy on Cervical Spondylosis and Nerve root Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察神经根型和颈型颈椎病患者使用局部砭石联合电针疗法治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗探索新模式。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月我院康复针灸推拿科收治的60例颈椎病患者为研究对象,按单双号法随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用局部砭石疗法和手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用电针治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症候积分及炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合局部砭石疗法治疗颈型及神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效更好,可有效改善患者症状,减轻炎症反应,可在临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of local needle combined with electroacupuncture in nerve root and cervical spondylosis patients,and to explore a new model for clinical treatment.Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to the rehabilitation acupuncture and Massage Department of our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to odd-even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local stone needle therapy and manipulation,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and local needle stone therapy has a better clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and nerve root type cervical spondylosis,which can effectively improve patient symptoms and reduce inflammatory reactions,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
