针灸联合推拿治疗对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛及颈椎功能的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage on Pain and Cervical Function of Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探讨针灸联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病对疼痛及颈椎功能的影响。方法选取本院2023年1月—2023年7月收治的80例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=40)采用牵引及口服止痛药干预,观察组(n=40)在牵引及口服止痛药的同时予针灸联合推拿干预,比较临床疗效,评估干预前后疼痛程度、颈椎功能,并比较颈椎活动度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组Northwick Park颈痛量表评分为(14.51±3.10)分、颈椎功能障碍指数评分为(18.26±3.12)分,分别低于对照组的(17.24±3.62)分、(22.57±3.81)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在活动度上左侧屈为(41.02±4.59)°、左旋为(63.38±5.41)°、右侧屈为(42.54±4.12)°、右旋为(62.11±6.56)°,分别大于对照组的(36.45±4.25)°、(57.25±5.29)°、(38.12±4.07)°、(57.32±6.77)°,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经根型颈椎病,通过予针灸联合推拿干预可获得更好疗效,能减轻疼痛,改善颈椎功能,可提高颈椎活动度。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on the pain and cervical function of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,control group(n=40)with traction combined with painkillers,observation group(n=40)with acupuncture combined with massage intervention,to compare the clinical efficacy,and evaluate the pain,cervical function and motion before and after acupuncture and massage intervention.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionaire score(14.51±3.10)points and Neck Disability Index score(18.26±3.12)points in the observation group were lower than in the control group's(17.24±3.62)points and(22.57±3.81)points,respectively,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).In terms of mobility,the left flexion(41.02±4.59)°,left rotation(63.38±5.41)°,right flexion(42.54±4.12)°,and right rotation(62.11±6.56)°were greater than the control group's(36.45±4.25)°,(57.25±5.29)°,(38.12±4.07)°,and(57.32±6.77)°,respectively,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cervical radiculopathy,acupuncture combined with massage can achieve a clear effect,which can relieve pain and improve cervical function and cervical motion.
