基于自我效能理论的康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Rehabilitation Training Based on Self-Efficacy Theory in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的分析基于自我效能理论的康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月-2023年3月该院收治的88例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,研究组患者在其基础上采取基于自我效能理论的康复训练。比较两组康复训练依从性、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)评分。结果研究组康复训练总依从率97.73%高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组FMA下肢与上肢评分、GSES评分、MBI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2个月后,研究组FMA下肢与上肢评分、GSES评分、MBI评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于自我效能理论的康复训练能够激发脑卒中偏瘫患者的自我效能感,提高其康复训练的依从性,促进患者肢体功能恢复,保障其日常生活活动能力,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation training based on self-efficacy theory in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 88 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into a control group and observation group using a random number table.The control group of 44 patients received routine nursing measures,while the study group of 44 patients received rehabilitation training based on self-efficacy theory.Compare the compliance of rehabilitation training,Fugl Meyer Motor Function Score(FMA),General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES),and Modified Barthel Index Scale(MBI)scores between two groups.Results The total compliance rate of rehabilitation training in the research group was 97.73%,higher than 81.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the FMA lower limb and upper limb scores,GSES score,and MBI score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after 2 months of intervention,the FMA lower and upper limb scores,GSES scores,and MBI scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training based on self-efficacy theory can stimulate the self-efficacy of stroke hemiplegic patients,improve their compliance with rehabilitation training,promote the recovery of limb function,ensure their daily living activities,and have clinical application value.
