基于聚焦解决模式的肺康复对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响

Effects of Focused-Solution-Based Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Pulmonary Function in Patients with Stable COPD

目的探讨基于聚焦解决模式的肺康复对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月滕州市工人医院收治的82例COPD患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于聚焦解决模式下的肺康复功能训练,干预时间为3个月。比较两组患者康复锻炼依从性和肺功能。结果观察组康复训练总依从率为85.37%,高于对照组的58.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于聚焦解决模式的肺康复功能训练可提高稳定期COPD患者康复锻炼依从性,有效改善患者的肺功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact of focused solution based lung rehabilitation on lung function in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods 82 COPD patients admitted to Tengzhou Workers Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received lung rehabilitation function training based on focused solution mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention period was 3 months.Compare rehabilitation exercise compliance and lung function between two groups of patients.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was 85.37%,which was higher than 58.54%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume at 1 second(FEV_(1)),and FEV_(1)/FVC levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1),and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lung rehabilitation function training based on the focused solution model can improve the compliance of stable COPD patients with rehabilitation exercise,effectively improve their lung function,and is worthy of promotion and application.
