普拉洛芬与奥洛他定联合应用于过敏性结膜炎患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of the Combination of Praprofen and Olotadine in the Treatment of Patients with Allergic Conjunctivitis

目的探讨普拉洛芬与奥洛他定联合治疗过敏性结膜炎(AC)的效果。方法选择2021年11月-2023年3月聊城市茌平区第二人民医院收治的80例AC患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,观察组采用普拉洛芬与奥洛他定联合治疗,两组持续治疗14 d。对比两组临床疗效、症状评分、体征评分、免疫功能。结果观察组临床总有效率95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组烧灼感、痒、流泪、异物感、畏光评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组角膜上皮化、角膜缘变化、眼睑组织水肿、结膜乳头滤泡、结膜充血水肿、分泌物评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgE水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用普拉洛芬与奥洛他定联合治疗AC能够有效改善患者临床症状及体征,调节免疫水平。

Objective To explore the efficacy of the combination of Praprofen and Olotadine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis(AC).Methods 80 AC patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Chiping District,Liaocheng City from November 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each goup.The control group was treated with Olotadine Hydrochloride Eye Drops,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Praprofen and Olotadine,with both groups receiving continuous treatment for 14 days.Compare the clinical efficacy,symptom score,sign score,and immune function between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the burning sensation,itching,tearing,foreign body sensation,and photophobia scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed lower scores in corneal epithelialization,corneal limbal changes,eyelid tissue edema,conjunctival papillary follicles,conjunctival congestion and edema,and secretion compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In AC,the combination treatment of Praprofen and Olotadine can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and regulate immune levels.
