米非司酮联合米索前列醇对稽留流产清宫术患者围术期指标及术后恢复的影响

Effects of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol on Perioperative Indexes and Postoperative Recovery of Missed Abortion Patients Undergoing Uterine Clearance

目的探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇对稽留流产清宫术患者围术期指标及术后恢复的影响。方法选择2019年4月-2023年2月于我院行清宫术的64例稽留流产患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组患者在进行清宫术之前给予米索前列醇治疗,观察组患者给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗。比较两组围术期指标、术后恢复指标、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)水平。结果观察组患者负压吸引压力小于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,宫腔吸引时间及麻醉时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后阴道出血持续时间及月经复潮时间短均于对照组,再次清宫率及人工流产综合征发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d、术后1个月,观察组患者的血清β-hCG水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用米非司酮与米索前列醇两种药物共同治疗稽留流产清宫术患者的成效显著,患者的围术期指标及血清β-hCG水平得到改善,有利于术后恢复。

Objective To explore the effects of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on perioperative indexes and postoperative recovery of missed abortion patients undergoing uterine clearance.Methods 64 patients with missed miscarriage who underwent curettage at our hospital from April 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given misoprostol treatment and the observation group was given mifepristone combined with misoprostol treatment before uterine clearance operation.Perioperative indexes,postoperative recovery indexes and serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The negative pressure suction pressure of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,the uterine cavity suction time and anesthesia time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding and menstrual rehydration time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the rate of re-clearance and incidence of induced abortion syndrome were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).At 7 days and 1 month after surgery,the serum β-hCG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion patients with uterine clearance has a remarkable effect,and the perioperative indexes and serum β-HCG level of the patients are improved,which is conducive to postoperative recovery.
