摘要
目的探讨中医推拿联合牵引在颈椎病中的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年6月-2022年6月收治的86例颈椎病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用牵引治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医推拿治疗,比较两组治疗疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,治疗后主观症状、临床体征、适应能力及总分均高于对照组,颈椎曲度、颈椎前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋活动度均大于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分较对照组低,巴氏量表评分较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医推拿联合牵引可提高颈椎病治疗效果,恢复颈椎曲度及活动度,改善颈椎功能及日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)massage combined with traction in cervical spondylosis.Methods 86 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traction,and the observation group was treated with TCM massage on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the subjective symptoms,clinical signs,adaptability and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the cervical curvature,flexion,extension,left rotation and right rotation of the cervical spine were higher than those of the control group,the Visual Analogue Scale score of pain was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel Index score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with traction can improve the therapeutic effect of cervical spondylosis,restore cervical curvature and range of motion,improve cervical function and ability of daily living.
