温针灸结合推拿对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能的影响

Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Massage on Pain Dgree and Knee Joint Function in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨温针灸结合推拿对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能的影响。方法选择2021年6月-2023年7月青州市人民医院收治的100例KOA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用温针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合推拿治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、膝关节功能及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.19±1.22)分,低于对照组的(4.75±1.64)分,日本骨科协会量表中上下楼梯疼痛评分为(24.78±2.56)分,步行疼痛评分为(24.65±2.79)分,屈曲角度评分为(26.69±3.14)分,肿胀程度评分为(8.54±1.12)分,均高于对照组的(19.54±2.41)分、(20.24±2.58)分、(22.88±2.63)分、(7.01±1.04)分,C反应蛋白水平为(5.38±1.3)mg/L,降钙素原水平为(46.96±1.04)pg/mL,均低于对照组的(9.14±2.05)mg/L、(50.67±1.17)pg/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用温针灸与推拿联合治疗KOA患者效果较为理想,可减轻疼痛,促进患者膝关节功能恢复,降低炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on pain degree and knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 100 KOA patients admitted to Qingzhou People's Hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with massage on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The pain degree,knee joint function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(2.19±1.22)points,lower than(4.75±1.64)points of the control group,the pain score of walking up and down stairs was(24.78±2.56)points,and the pain score of walking was(24.65±2.79)points,the score of buckling Angle was(26.69±3.14)points,and the score of swelling degree was(8.54±1.12)points,which were higher than(19.54±2.41)points,(20.24±2.58)points,(22.88±2.63)points,(7.01±1.04)points of the control group,the C-reactive protein level and procalcitonin level were(5.38±1.3)mg/L and(46.96±1.04)pg/mL respectively,which were lower than(9.14±2.05)mg/L and(50.67±1.17)pg/mL in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and massage has an ideal effect on KOA patients,which can reduce pain,promote the recovery of knee joint function,reduce inflammatory reaction.
