心理护理对分化型甲状腺癌术后碘131隔离治疗患者的影响研究

Psychological Nursing for Patients with Differentiated Thyroid Cancer Postoperative Iodine 131 Isolation Treatment Intervention Effect

目的探讨对分化型甲状腺癌术后碘131隔离治疗患者行心理护理的效果.方法选择2022年1月—2023年6月于我院接受碘131隔离治疗的86例分化型甲状腺癌术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加行心理护理,对比分析两组干预效果.结果护理后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,两组抑郁自评量表﹑焦虑自评量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,两组心理功能﹑生理功能﹑精神状态评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总依从率93.02%高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意率95.35%高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将心理护理用于分化型甲状腺癌术后碘131隔离治疗患者护理中可获得理想效果,有助于改善患者睡眠质量﹑情绪状态与生活质量,提高患者治疗配合度,提升患者护理满意度.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on postoperative differentiated thyroid cancer patients with iodine 131 isolation treatment.Methods 86 postoperative patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who received iodine 131 isolation treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received psychological care in addition to routine care.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of each dimension and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Self Rating Depression Scale and Self Rating Anxiety Scale scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,physiological function,and mental state in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 93.02%,higher than 74.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in the nursing of postoperative differentiated thyroid cancer patients with iodine 131 isolation treatment can achieve ideal effects,which can help to improve the sleep quality,emotional state and quality of life of patients,improve the treatment cooperation of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
