超强纤维带固定术在牙周病松动牙康复治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Super-Strong Fiber Band in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Loose Teeth in Periodontal Disease

目的分析超强纤维带固定术治疗牙周病松动牙的效果.方法选取该院2022年1—9月收治的88例牙周病松动牙患者为研究对象,根据电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例.对照组采用结扎丝牙周夹板固定治疗,观察组采用超强纤维带固定术治疗.比较两组牙周健康状况﹑咀嚼效率﹑口腔健康相关生活质量﹑牙齿松动度﹑并发症发生率.结果治疗前,两组菌斑指数(PLI)﹑探诊深度(PD)﹑牙周附着丧失(AL)﹑探诊出血(BOP)阳性率﹑口腔健康相关生活质量(OHIP-14)量表评分﹑牙齿松动度﹑咀嚼效率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组PLI﹑PD﹑AL﹑BOP阳性率均低于对照组,咀嚼效率﹑OHIP-14评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12个月后,观察组牙齿松动度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率2.27%低于对照组的15.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论超强纤维带固定术治疗牙周病松动牙效果优于传统结扎丝牙周夹板固定术,具有推广价值.

Objective To analyze the effect of loosening teeth with high-strength fiber band as dental arch splint in the treatment of periodontal loose teeth.Methods 88 patients with periodontal disease and loose teeth admitted to the hospital from January to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a computer random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ligating silk periodontal splint respectively,while the observation group was treated with super-strong fiber band for tooth loosening and fixation.The periodontal health status,chewing efficiency,oral health-related quality of life,tooth mobility and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),periodontal attachment loss(AL),probing bleeding(BOP)positivity rate,Oral Health-Related Quality of Life(OHIP-14)Scale score,tooth looseness,and chewing efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the positive rates of PLI,PD,AL and BOP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the chewing efficiency and OHIP-14 score were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the tooth mobility of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.27%,which was lower than 15.90%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Super-strong fiber band fixation for loose teeth in periodontal disease is better than traditional ligating silk periodontal splint,which is worth popularizing.
