正念减压干预联合结构化健康教育在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用效果研究

The Effect of Mindfulness Decompression Intervention Combined with Structured Health Education in Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨正念减压干预联合结构化健康教育在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用效果.方法选择2021年1月—2023年4月该院收治的84例尿毒症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施正念减压干预联合结构化健康教育,两组均持续护理12周.对比两组患者动静脉内瘘自护能力﹑并发症发生情况.结果护理前,两组动静脉内瘘自我护理行为量表(ASBHD-AVF)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组ASBHD-AVF中症状体征管理﹑并发症预防及总评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率4.76%低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论正念减压干预联合结构化健康教育在尿毒症血液透析患者中具有较好的应用效果,利于增强患者动静脉内瘘自护能力,降低并发症发生率.

Objective To explore the application effect of mindfulness decompression intervention combined with structured health education in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods 84 uremic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received mindfulness decompression intervention combined with structured health education.Both groups received continuous care for 12 weeks.Compare the self-care ability and incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the Self-Care Behavior Scale for Arteriovenous Fistula(ASBHD-AVF)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the symptom and sign management,complication prevention,and total score in the observation group of ASBHD-AVF were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,lower than 19.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression intervention combined with structured health education has a good application effect in uremic hemodialysis patients,which is beneficial for enhancing their self-care ability for arteriovenous fistula and reducing the incidence of complications.
