基于区域医联体的延续性康复护理对脑卒中患者自护能力及运动功能的影响

Effect of Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing based on Regional Medical Association on Self-Care Ability and Motor Function of Stroke Patients

目的探讨基于区域医联体的延续性康复护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果.方法选择我院2022年3月—2023年3月收治的200例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组.对照组(n=100)实施常规护理,观察组(n=100)实施基于区域医联体的延续性康复护理,两组均持续护理3个月.对比两组自护能力﹑运动功能及生活质量.结果观察组护理后自护能力测量量表中的健康知识水平﹑护理技能﹑责任感及护理概念维度评分分别为(49.93±6.22)分﹑(37.38±4.65)分﹑(18.20±4.11)分﹑(26.26±5.27)分,均高于对照组的(41.04±5.95)分﹑(30.35±4.15)分﹑(15.69±3.68)分﹑(22.26±5.15)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后Fugl-Meyer肢体功能评估量表﹑脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分分别为(79.24±6.78)分﹑(79.85±7.06)分,均高于对照组的(72.76±6.31)分﹑(71.26±6.34)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于区域医联体的延续性康复护理能够增强脑卒中患者的自护能力,改善其运动功能,提升生活质量.

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing based on regional medical association in stroke patients.Methods 200 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=100)carried out routine nursing,and the observation group(n=100)implemented continuous rehabilitation nursing based on regional medical alliance.Both groups continued nursing for 3 months.The self-care ability,motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge,nursing skills,sense of responsibility and nursing concept in the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale of the observation group were(49.93±6.22)points,(37.38±4.65)points,(18.20±4.11)points and(26.26±5.27)points,respectively.The scores were higher than(41.04±5.95)points,(30.35±4.15)points,(15.69±3.68)points,(22.26±5.15)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer assessment and stroke specific quality of life scores of the observation group after nursing were(79.24±6.78)points and(79.85±7.06)points,respectively,which were higher than(72.76±6.31)points and(71.26±6.34)points of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing based on regional medical association can enhance the self-care ability of stroke patients,improve their motor function and improve their quality of life.
