温针灸辅助核心力量训练治疗对慢性腰肌劳损患者疼痛程度﹑腰椎功能恢复的影响

Effects of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Assisted Core Strength Training on Pain Degree and Lumbar Function Recovery in Patients with Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

目的探讨温针灸辅助核心力量训练治疗对慢性腰肌劳损患者疼痛程度﹑腰椎功能恢复的影响.方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月仁怀市人民医院中医康复科和仁怀市中医院骨科收治的100例慢性腰肌劳损患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例.对照组采用核心力量训练治疗,观察组采用温针灸辅助核心力量训练治疗,均治疗4周.比较两组患者临床症候评分﹑疼痛程度﹑腰椎功能及生活质量.结果治疗后,观察组临床症候评分﹑疼痛视觉模拟评分﹑Oswestry功能障碍指数量表评分均低于对照组,健康调查简表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论温针灸辅助核心力量训练治疗慢性腰肌劳损患者效果更佳,可降低患者临床症候评分,减轻疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高生活质量.

Objective To explore the influence of warm acupuncture and moxibustion assisted core strength training on pain degree and lumbar function recovery of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods 100 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Renhuai People's Hospital and the Department of Orthopedics of Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with core strength training,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture assisted core strength training for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom score,pain degree,lumbar function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score,visual analogue score and Oswestry Disability Index score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the health survey brief table score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture assisted core strength training is more effective in the treatment of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain,which can reduce clinical symptom score,relieve pain,improve lumbar function and improve quality of life.
