基于Snyder希望理论的护理结合正念认知行为干预对乳腺癌术后患者希望水平、自我感受负担的影响

The Effect of Nursing Combined with Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Intervention on the Hope Level and Self Perceived Burden of Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer under Snyder's Hope Theory

目的探讨基于Snyder希望理论的护理结合正念认知行为干预对乳腺癌术后患者希望水平、自我感受负担的影响。方法选择2020年2月—2023年2月滨州市第二人民医院收治的80例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于Snyder希望理论的护理结合正念认知行为干预,均护理2个月。比较两组希望水平、自我感受负担、生存质量。结果护理前,两组希望水平、自我感受负担、生存质量评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组Herth希望指数量表各维度评分均较对照组高,自我感受负担量表评分较对照组低,乳腺癌生活质量量表评分较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Snyder希望理论的护理结合正念认知行为干预能够提高乳腺癌术后患者希望水平,减轻患者自我感受负担,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing combined with mindfulness cognitive behavioral intervention on the hope level and self perceived burden of postoperative patients with breast cancer under Snyder's hope theory.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer admitted to Binzhou Second People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received Snyder Hope Theory nursing combined with mindfulness cognitive behavioral intervention,both receiving 2 months of nursing care.Compare the hope level,self perceived burden,and quality of life between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the level of hope,self perceived burden,and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of each dimension in the Herth Hope Index Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the score of the Self perceived Burden Scale was lower than that in the control group,and the score of Quality of Life Scale was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Under Snyder's hope theory,nursing combined with mindfulness cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the hope level of patients with breast cancer after surgery,reduce the burden of self feelings,and improve the quality of life.
