核心肌群训练联合悬吊运动在促进痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Core Muscle Group Training Combined with Suspension Exercise in Promoting the Rehabilitation of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的探讨核心肌群训练联合悬吊运动在促进痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复中的应用效果。方法选择我院2021年12月—2023年3月收治的86例痉挛型脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组患者予以悬吊运动,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予核心肌群训练。对比两组患儿的粗大运动功能、步态分析及平衡功能。结果干预后,观察组粗大运动功能量表的E区、D区得分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组步长长于对照组,步速快于对照组,步宽窄于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿Berg平衡量表评分为(49.73±4.01)分,高于对照组的(46.08±3.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核心肌群训练与悬吊运动联合治疗对于加强患儿的粗大运动功能,改善步行异常,加强平衡能力有着显著疗效。 Objective To explore the application effect of core muscle group training combined with suspension exercise in promoting the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 86 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given suspended exercise,and patients in the observation group were given core muscle training on the basis of the control group.Gross motor function,gait analysis and balance function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores in the E area and D area of the Gross Motor Function scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the step length of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the step speed was faster than that of the control group,and the width of the steps was narrower than that of the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg Balance Scale score of observation group was(49.73±4.01)points,which was higher than(46.08±3.57)points of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of core muscle group training and suspension exercise has a significant therapeutic effect on strengthening the gross motor function,improving walking abnormalities,and enhancing balance ability in children.
