躯干稳定性训练联合循经按摩对脑卒中术后肢体功能障碍患者的影响

Effect of Trunk Stability Training Combined with Meridian Massage on Patients with Limb Dysfunction after Stroke

目的探讨躯干稳定性训练联合循经按摩对脑卒中术后肢体功能障碍患者的影响。方法选择本院2018年1月—2022年12月收治的64例脑卒中术后肢体功能障碍患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组(n=32)采用常规康复护理,观察组(n=32)在对照组基础上配合躯干稳定性训练联合循经按摩干预。比较两组患者的神经与运动功能、平衡能力及生活质量,并评估患者满意度。结果干预8周后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(8.71±2.64)分,低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)上肢评分为(57.34±5.81)分、FMA下肢评分为(26.52±2.31)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组10 m步行测试为(10.62±2.10)s、起立-行走计时测试为(19.64±2.53)s,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量综合评定问卷-74中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分分别为(80.29±6.12)分、(81.09±5.72)分、(83.54±6.51)分、(81.93±6.86)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论躯干稳定性训练联合循经按摩能改善脑卒中术后肢体功能障碍患者神经与运动功能,可提高平衡能力,有利于改善患者生活质量及满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of trunk stability training combined with massage on limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods 64 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group(n=32)received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group(n=32)was combined with trunk stability training and meridian massage intervention on the basis of the control group.Neurological and motor function,balance and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and patient satisfaction was assessed.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was(8.71±2.64)points,lower than that of the control group,the upper limb score of the Fugl-Meyer Exercise Scale(FMA)was(57.34±5.81)points,and the lower limb score of the FMA was(26.52±2.31)points,both higher than that of the control group.and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 10-m walking test of the observation group was(10.62±2.10)s,and the standing and walking timing test was(19.64±2.53)s,both of which were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life status in the observation group were(80.29±6.12)points,(81.09±5.72)points,(83.54±6.51)points and(81.93±6.86)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trunk stability training combined with meridian massage can improve the nerve and motor function,balance ability,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with postoperative limb dysfunction.
