托里清窦汤联合枸地氯雷他定片对慢性鼻窦炎术后患者炎症因子及鼻黏膜纤毛清除功能的影响

The Effect of Tori Qingdou Tang Combined with Goudesloratadine on Inflammatory Factors and Nasal Mucosal Ciliary Clearance Function in Postoperative Patients with Chronic Sinusitis

目的探讨托里清窦汤联合枸地氯雷他定片对慢性鼻窦炎术后患者炎症因子及鼻黏膜纤毛清除功能的影响。方法选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的70例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组采用枸地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组采用托里清窦汤联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗。对比两组患者的炎症因子水平、鼻黏膜纤毛清除功能、生活质量、症状评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组鼻黏膜纤毛清除率高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,纤毛清除速度快于治疗前,且观察组快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20量表评分、改良Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托里清窦汤联合枸地氯雷他定片可改善慢性鼻窦炎患者术后炎症因子水平,提升鼻黏膜纤毛清除功能,减轻患者症状,提高生活质量,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Tori Qingdou Tang combined with Goudesloratadine on inflammatory factors and nasal mucosal cilia clearance function in postoperative patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 70 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)by random number table method.The control group was treated with desloratadine citrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tori Qingdou Tang combined with desloratadine Citrate tablets.The levels of inflammatory factors,nasal mucociliary clearance,quality of life,symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clearance rate of nasal mucocilia in two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the clearance rate of cilia was faster than before treatment,and the observation group was faster than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Sino-Nosal Outcome Test-20 and modified Lund-Kennedy nasal endoscopy in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tori Qingdou Tang and goudesloratadine can improve postoperative inflammatory factor levels,improve ciliary clearance function of the nasal mucosa,relieve patients'symptoms,improve quality of life,and have significant clinical efficacy in patients with chronic sinusitis.
