温针灸联合中医定向透药疗法对脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活活动能力的影响

Influence of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Penetration Therapy on Limb Function and Activities of Daily Living of Hemiplegic Patients after Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨温针灸联合中医定向透药疗法对脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选取临沂市中医医院脑血管病中心2020年10月—2022年10月收治的100例脑梗死后偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组(n=50)进行常规康复训练,观察组(n=50)在此基础上采用温针灸联合中医定向透药疗法治疗。比较两组患者的神经功能、肢体功能及日常生活活动能力。结果治疗8周后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、改良版Rankin量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上、下肢评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组的Barthel指数评分为(65.72±5.75)分,高于对照组的(59.31±5.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用温针灸联合中医定向透药疗法治疗脑梗死后偏瘫患者的效果理想,可改善其肢体功能及日常生活活动能力,且可减轻其神经损伤,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on limb function and activities of daily living of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.Methods 100 hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction admitted to Cerebrovascular Disease Center of Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group(n=50)received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group(n=50)were treated with warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on this basis.The neurological function,limb function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and the modified Rankin Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the upper and lower extremity scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the Barthel Index score of the observation group was(65.72±5.75)points,which was higher than(59.31±5.62)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy is ideal in the treatment of hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction,which can improve their limb function and ability of daily living,and reduce their nerve damage,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
