摘要
目的探讨采用酪酸梭菌活菌片联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选择2021年9月—2022年8月商河县人民医院收治的86例老年骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组(n=43)口服阿仑膦酸钠片,观察组(n=43)在此基础上口服酪酸梭菌活菌片,均持续用药6个月。比较两组患者的骨密度、骨代谢、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的全髋骨密度、股骨颈骨密度、腰椎骨密度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素水平均高于对照组,I型胶原交联羧基末端肽水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6、γ干扰素水平分别为(121.10±14.26)ng/L、(156.16±24.13)ng/L,均低于对照组的(145.49±15.21)ng/L、(195.62±23.40)ng/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年骨质疏松症患者采用酪酸梭菌活菌片联合阿仑膦酸钠口服治疗的效果显著,能增强骨密度,减轻炎症反应,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clostridium butyricum live tablets combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods 86 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to the Shanghe County People's Hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group(n=43)took alendronate sodium tablet orally,and the observation group(n=43)took clostridium butyricum live tablets orally on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The bone density,bone metabolism,inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total hip bone density,femoral neck bone density and lumbar bone density in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase and bone glaprotein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of human cross-linked carboxy-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and interferon-γ in the observation group were(121.10±14.26)ng/L and(156.16±24.13)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than(145.49±15.21)ng/L and(195.62±23.40)ng/L in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of clostridium butyricum live tablets combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis is significant,which can enhance bone density,reduce inflammation and has high safety.
