"5E"康复干预在尿毒症并发高血压患者护理中的应用

Application of"5E"Rehabilitation Intervention in the Nursing of Patients with Uremic Complicated with Hypertension

目的分析“5E”康复干预在尿毒症并发高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取合肥市第一人民医院2021年5月—2023年1月收治的86例尿毒症并发高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机抽样法将其分为研究组(n=43)及对照组(n=43)。对照组采用常规干预,研究组在此基础上采用“5E”康复干预。比较两组患者的血压水平、营养状况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组的收缩压、舒张压分别为(154.30±12.45)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、(84.35±6.19)mm Hg,均低于对照组的(165.67±12.51)mmHg、(95.16±6.54)mmHg,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的健康调查简表中心理功能、精神状态、生理机能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的关怀患者、管理病房、基础护理、护理效果满意度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症并发高血压患者采用“5E”康复干预的效果理想,可稳定血压水平,改善营养状况,提高生活质量,保证护理质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of"5E"rehabilitation intervention in the nursing of patients with uremia complicated with hypertension.Methods 86 patients with uremia complicated with hypertension admitted to Hefei First People's Hospital from May 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a study group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)according to random sampling.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with"5E"rehabilitation intervention on this basis.The blood pressure,nutritional status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were(154.30±12.45)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)and(84.35±6.19)mmHg,which were lower than(165.67±12.51)mmHg and(95.16±6.54)mmHg of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of albumin,prealbumin,transferrin and hemoglobin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of mental function,mental state,physiological function and social function in the MOS item short from health survey of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of patient care,ward management,basic nursing and nursing effect in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of"5E"rehabilitation intervention is ideal for patients with uremia complicated with hypertension,which can stabilize blood pressure,improve nutrition status,improve life quality and ensure nursing quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
