肌内效贴结合手法淋巴引流对肱骨远端骨折患者术后急性期水肿的疗效观察

Effect of Kinesio Taping Combined with Manual Lymphatic Drainage on Acute Postoperative Edema in Patients with Distal Humeral Fracture

目的观察肌内效贴结合手法淋巴引流(MLD)治疗肱骨远端骨折术后急性期水肿的临床疗效。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月甘肃省中医院陇中正骨医院收治的80例肱骨远端骨折术后急性期水肿患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组(n=40)术后实施MLD,试验组(n=40)在对照组治疗基础上结合肌内效贴贴扎治疗,对比两组治疗前及治疗后水肿程度百分比、疼痛、瘀斑消散的程度及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组水肿程度百分比、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、瘀斑评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组患者水肿程度百分比、VAS评分、瘀斑评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组分别为(3.82±1.81)%、(0.90±0.87)分、(0.95±0.50)分,均低于对照组的(7.33±1.99)%、(2.00±1.01)分、(1.50±0.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴及MLD对骨折术后早期水肿、疼痛、瘀斑均有改善作用,但两者结合对肱骨远端骨折术后水肿、疼痛、瘀斑的改善要优于单纯手法淋巴引流。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of kinesio taping combined with manual lymphatic drainage(MLD)in the treatment of acute postoperative edema of distal humerus fracture.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023,80 patients with acute postoperative distal humeral fractures admitted to Longzhong Orthopedics Hospital of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group(n=40)received MLD after operation.The experimental group(n=40)was treated with kinesio tape on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The percentage of edema degree,the degree of pain,the degree of petechiae disappearance,and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the percentage of edema degree,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score and ecchymosis score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the edema degree percentage,VAS score and ecchymosis score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was(3.82±1.81)%,(0.90±0.87)points,(0.95±0.50)points,respectively,which were lower than(7.33±1.99)%,(2.00±1.01)points,(1.50±0.68)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kinesio taping and MLD can both improve early postoperative edema,pain and ecchymosis of distal humeral fractures,but the combination of the two is better than manual lymphatic drainage.
